Mile Marker Release Party!

Mile Marker Wine Co. is excited to announce the release of 2 new wines, Mile 5 Riesling and Mile 5 Gewurztraminer, both from the Rogue Vally, Oregon. As with any new item, we are always excited to get them open so our fans can try them, but these wines are quite unique in that we needed a really special restaurant partner to help us with the launch, since they will only be available in kegs!

We’re please to announce that Two Urban Licks will be pouring both of these fun wines, and to help us celebrate by hosting our Mile Marker Release Party! We invite everyone to join us on Sunday, August 19th, at Two Urban Licks, to taste through our new wines on tap, as well as our bottled varietals of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The cost is $20.00 plus tax and tip, and will be from 4:00-6:00. Two also has two full bocce courts in the back, and we’re challenging everyone to bring your own team, and see who’s best!

We’re quite excited today, as the next vintage of Mile Marker Pinot Gris is being bottled, to be shipped to all of our markets, soon! Crisp and clean, this vintage packs a lot of fruit in the bottle. It will make the perfect bottle for picnics, patios, and soon enough, the pool!

A huge thanks to our Winemaker Rob Stuart and his wife Maria, for inviting us to tag along to the Starry Night Fundraiser, benefiting the schools of McMinnville, Oregon. The event was held on the beautiful property of Stoller Vineyard, and we had the opportunity to meet Patricia and Dave Gelles, owner of Klipsun Vineyard, and the source of fruit for our Mile Marker Cabernet!
